Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with strong hands-on recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end hiring across technical, non-technical, and project-based positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, TAT, hiring status, and candidate database.
- Ensure a skilled and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of hardcore recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, candidate-handling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience in Manufacturing, EPC, and Project-based organizations will be preferred.
- Candidates with recruitment experience exclusively in IT, BPO, or Tele-calling will not be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
