We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Consultants.

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls and WhatsApp, understanding customer requirements, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a smooth customer buying experience.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an interest in sales and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and WhatsApp customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert leads and customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Follow up with customers to improve conversions and repeat purchases.
- Provide a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status regularly.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer retention.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Business Development, or related roles.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with strong sales and communication skills from other industries can also apply.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
