Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for Media & Entertainment companies through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in spoken English language is essential.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
