About RAR Engineering
RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a growing precision engineering company specialising in shock absorbers, recoil buffers, suspension systems and high-precision machined components for defence and industrial applications.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing, digital presence, lead generation and customer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase company visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Manage IndiaMART, GeM, LinkedIn, website and other B2B platforms.
- Generate and follow up on enquiries from domestic and international customers.
- Develop product presentations, brochures, catalogues and marketing content.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the engineering and sales teams to understand products and communicate their technical value to customers.
- Identify new markets, customers, industries and business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Maintain a structured database of leads, enquiries and customer interactions.
- Support participation in exhibitions, industry events and B2B networking activities.
- Improve RAR Engineering’s overall digital footprint and brand positioning.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing or engineering/manufacturing marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with IndiaMART, LinkedIn and digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert technical information into effective marketing communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up, networking and relationship-building skills.
