We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Education Director to lead our physical education program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive curriculum, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive workplace for students to engage in sports and physical activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement physical education curriculum for various age groups
- Organize and oversee sports events and competitions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of student performance in physical education
- Promote health and wellness programs within the college community
- Coordinate with teachers, coaches, and parents to enhance physical education programs
- Manage budgets and resources for physical education activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in physical activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical education, Master's degree in Physical Education,Sports Science, or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of physical education curriculum and instructional strategies
- Ability to design engaging and effective lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in organizing sports and physical activities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
