Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production & Planning

Understand the video requirements, script, or storyboard before starting the shoot.

Plan the shots scene-by-scene, camera angles, framing, and movement to ensure smooth execution.

Check and manage equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio mics, tripods/gimbals) prior to the shoot.

2. Production / Shooting

Operate video cameras and related equipment professionally to capture clean, high-resolution footage.

Execute scene-by-scene shooting accurately, taking multiple takes or angles when necessary.

Ensure proper lighting setup and clear audio recording during the shoot.

3. Post-Production / Basic Editing

Import, organize, and back up raw footage safely after the shoot.

Perform basic video editing tasks using standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut):

Trimming unwanted parts and arranging clips sequentially.

Adding basic transitions, text overlays, and captions.

Basic color correction and audio cleanup/syncing.





Export finished videos in the required formats and resolutions for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, internal portals).

4. Collaboration & Maintenance

Coordinate with the team (marketing, HR, or content leads) to deliver completed videos within scheduled timelines.

Maintain and take proper care of all cameras, lighting, and editing hardware/accessories.

Key Requirements / Skills

Experience: Hands-on experience in video shooting and basic editing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, and basic video editing software.

Creativity: Good eye for framing, aesthetics, and pacing.

Communication: Ability to understand requirements clearly and coordinate on set.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
