Key responsibilities:
- Understand technical requirements from hiring managers.
- Create and post technical job descriptions.
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches
.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills and experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls/interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
- Negotiate salary and manage offers.
- Coordinate background checks and onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key skills:
- Knowledge of IT/technical roles and terminology
- LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- ATS/recruitment software
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Candidate screening
- Interview coordination
- Understanding of technologies such as
Java, .NET, Python, SQL, AWS, Azure, DevOps, QA
, etc.
