Role Description

We are looking for a Store Executive / Store Keeper to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, and ensure accurate maintenance of materials and records.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of stock and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock transfer, dispatch, and inventory documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant team of any shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, dispatch, and logistics teams.




- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
- Prepare basic inventory reports and MIS using MS Excel/ERP.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or stock management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good understanding of stock handling, inward/outward processes, and documentation.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle physical stock responsibly.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in FMCG, food, manufacturing, warehouse, or e-commerce companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
