A Technical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. They play a critical role in generating leads, closing sales, and building solid customer relationships. This role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Sales Generation:
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.




- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Reporting:
- Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review.
- Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduates / Post Graduates's with proven track record of Sales experience can apply, preferably from Science or Engineering graduates.

Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Should be good in English, Hindi, Kannada or other regional languages.
