Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial entries, and day-to-day bookkeeping. They must be responsible, disciplined, and able to handle accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and other financial documents.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and regularly update records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when required.
- Handle bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in GST-related records and basic tax documentation.
- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Prepare basic monthly accounting reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with management, clients, and vendors regarding payment and accounting matters.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience :
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting
- Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any Graduate with relevant accounting knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills :
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an added advantage.
- Experience with Tally Prime will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GST returns and TDS will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
