Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team in the Fitness & Wellness industry.

The candidate will be responsible for team management, membership sales, lead conversion, renewals, upselling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of the Sales/BDE team.
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, walk-ins, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Train the team on customer counselling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Support the team in closing high-value memberships.
- Drive recent memberships, renewals, upgrades, Personal Training, and Nutrition Plan sales.
- Review daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and lead follow-ups.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in customer retention.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




- Coordinate with the Club Manager for sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 26 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Previous team-handling experience is preferred.
- Fitness/Gym, Retail, Hospitality, or B2C sales experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented, confident, and highly disciplined.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
