Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through general insurance products such as motor insurance, health insurance, etc.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and resolving their queries in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in agency sales or related field.
- Solid knowledge of general insurance industry, particularly motor insurance.
