Job Summary

Evalueserve is seeking a highly motivated PrivateMarkets Research Analyst to support leading private equity, private credit, andother alternative asset managers across the investment lifecycle. The roleinvolves conducting in-depth company, industry, and market research; performingfinancial analysis and valuation; developing investment memorandums, pitchbooks, and client presentations; and supporting portfolio monitoringactivities. This individual will work closely with global clients and internal teamsto support strategic investment decisions while leveraging technology andAI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting research and creatingcollateral for Private Markets clients like Investor Presentation, InvestmentMemorandum & Pitchdecks

o Prepare detailed client presentations, business plan, and boardmaterials

o Develop detailed company profiles,



including business model analysis,financial summaries, and strategic positioning

o Work on Industry research and market mapping to identify emerging trendsand strategic opportunities

Identify and evaluate potentialinvestment opportunities through market screening, competitive benchmarking,and financial analysis to support investment decision-making

Perform financial statement analysis toevaluate business performance, capital structure, and returns

Create and review detailed financialmodels, including DCF, LBO and merger models

Analyze valuation multiples evolutionacross industry peers to identify potential buyer/seller dynamics

Perform comparable company analysis andprecedent transaction analysis to support valuation and deal structuring

Engage in portfolio monitoring andvaluation, supporting ongoing performance tracking, reporting, and strategicreviews for existing investments
