Role Overview

The role will support and, over time, lead key aspects of the firm s investment activities, with a primary focus on acquisition due diligence, transaction execution, and analytical support. This role is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and requires close coordination with internal leadership and external counterparties. The position offers meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers,



and a clear path to increased ownership of transactions and investment outcomes.

What You Will Do

1. Acquisition Due Diligence
1. Contribute to, and eventually lead, the full due diligence process for prospective property acquisitions.
2. Coordinate third-party consultants, review findings, and assess risks.
3. Understanding of real estate finance and how debt availability affects the acquisition
4. Review and refine investment models, including underwriting assumptions, and sensitivity analyses.
5. Audit lease files, rent rolls, operating statements, and other seller-provided documentation to validate underwriting assumptions.
6. Market research on target acquisitions and the broader investment environment
7. Assist in the preparation of internal investment memoranda and materials for investment committee presentations.
