Role Description

This is a Contractual role for a Full Time Business Development Executive.

We are looking for a disciplined, and target-driven Business Development Executive to help us take the LeadingIndia.ai institutional membership programme to colleges and universities across India. The role involves structured outreach, relationship building, consultative pitching, follow-ups, pipeline management, and institutional closures.

Your primary objective is to connect directly with senior academic decision-makers—Directors, Deans, Vice Chancellors,



and TPOs—to pitch and close high-ticket Institutional Memberships and specialized AI Faculty Training packages. Therefore, strong communication, judgment, professionalism, and follow-through are essential

Responsibilities
- Institutional Mapping: Systematically identify and prioritise major engineering colleges, technical universities, and corporate L&D; hubs in your assigned territory.
- Direct Outreach & Pitching: Secure virtual and on-campus meetings with academic boards to effectively communicate the ROI of our cutting-edge AI and agentic training programs.
- Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Own the B2B sales funnel from initial cold outreach and product demonstrations to final contract signing and MoU execution.
- CRM & Forecasting: Maintain a rigorous, updated sales pipeline and provide weekly revenue and activity forecasting to the leadership team
