Job Title: Associate Manager Acquisition

Business Unit: Retail Banking

Function: Sales (Acquisition)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new household customers for Bank products through Inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
- Drive monthly acquisition targets in alignment with household banking Business objectives.
- Conduct needs-based selling of household banking products such as savings accounts, debit cards, and digital banking services.
- Ensure high-quality onboarding of customers with complete KYC
- Documentation and full compliance adherence. Build and maintain strong relationships with savings account customers to improve activation, balance growth, product usage, and overall engagement.
- Perform cross-selling of suitable banking products such as insurance, fixed deposits, credit cards, and other household-segment offerings based on Customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth account opening,




- documentation verification, and post-onboarding servicing.
- Track daily activities, maintain MIS reports, and update lead status in the system.
- Represent the bank professionally in all customer interactions and maintain High service standards.
