Store Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Daily Store Operations – Ensure the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.
- Sales & Leads – Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, walk-ins and conversions.
- Customer Handling – Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
- Team Management – Allocate work, monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.
- Vehicle Management – Track vehicle in/out, job status, delivery time and pending work.
- Job Quality – Ensure PPF, coating, sunfilm and detailing work meets company standards.
- Inventory Control – Monitor materials, usage, stock levels and requirements.
- Payments & Billing – Ensure advances, pending payments, bills and receipts are properly handled.
- CRM & Data Entry – Ensure every lead, customer, vehicle and job is updated correctly.
- Store Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness, equipment,



tools and overall showroom presentation.
- Daily Reporting – Submit sales, leads, walk-ins, vehicle status, payments and issues on time.
- Problem Solving – Handle customer/team issues and escalate major problems to management.
- Target Responsibility – Drive the store toward its monthly sales, collection and profitability targets.
