We Are Hiring: Electrical BIM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical BIM Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating electrical building system designs, understanding site conditions, and revising designs as required to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design electrical systems for residential, commercial, municipal, and medium-sized building projects.
- Create and maintain BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Analyze site conditions and modify designs accordingly.
- Design electrical power, lighting, and related building systems in accordance with project requirements and client specifications.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical design documentation.
- Generate detailed drawings and layouts for client review and approval.
- Identify and specify required materials and installation requirements.
- Review project specifications, schedules, drawings, and other technical documents.




- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Electrical BIM modeling and design.
- Strong understanding of electrical building services and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret and review technical specifications, schedules, and drawings.
- Experience in designing electrical systems based on US codes and standards will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Software Proficiency

Candidates should have working knowledge of:
- Revit
- Navisworks
- BricsCAD
- AutoCAD
- DIALux
