Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build solid client relationships, and increase sales of plumbing, sanitary, and fire fighting products and services. Key Responsibilities: • • • • • • • • Identify and approach new customers, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project clients. Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and online platforms. Promote the company's products and services and convert enquiries into business. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team to ensure timely order execution and payment follow-up.



Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports. Requirements: • • • • • • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage). 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales. Experience in the Plumbing, Sanitary, Fire Fighting, MEP, Building Materials, or Construction industry is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/software tools is an advantage. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
