Job Description Summary:

The role supports the Client Director in leading strategic client partnerships and delivering integrated media solutions that drive business growth and marketing effectiveness. This role oversees a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring excellence in media planning and campaign delivery, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role fosters collaboration, leads high-performing account teams, and delivers creative, data-driven media solutions that create value for clients and Dentsu.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Client Director in developing and delivering strategic, insight-led media solutions that align with client business objectives and marketing goals.
- Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of media accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, proactive communication, and strong relationship management.




- Collaborate across Dentsu's integrated capabilities, including Media Strategy, Investment, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and CXM teams, to deliver connected and effective client solutions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives and quality standards.
- Drive collaboration across internal teams, external media partners, and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational excellence.
- Review media plans, campaign performance, and delivery models to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, improved efficiencies, and enhanced commercial outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Account Management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and client-centricity.
- Ensure effective project governance by managing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks
