Key Responsibilities

*This is a talent acquisition-focused role, with 70% emphasis on hiring and 30% exposure to HR business partnering, operations and administration:*
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement intake with hiring managers, screening, interview coordination, feedback consolidation, offer roll-out and joining.
- Hire across levels and functions, from junior to mid-senior and senior positions.
- Drive candidate negotiations and closures, including compensation discussions.
- Draft and publish job descriptions, screen resumes and conduct first-level screening calls.
- Own the candidate experience with clear, timely communication at every stage.
- Handle employee onboarding and support a smooth integration into the organization.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and team-building initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.




- Support general HR administration and office coordination as required.
What were looking for
- Masters degree or MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience with hands-on, end-to-end recruitment ownership.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to engage senior candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close offers.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong on follow-up.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn.
Added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
- Prior experience hiring in a startup or high-growth product environment.
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
