Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality In Charge to manage quality control and assurance for high-rise residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall QA/QC activities at the project site.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Inspect civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Conduct material inspections and coordinate required testing.
- Ensure concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing quality.
- Maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers,



and project management.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in high-rise/EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing, and quality standards.
- Positive coordination, communication, and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
