We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate MEP activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for quality assurance, site coordination, vendor management, drawings, material coordination, and execution of electrical, plumbing, fire protection and waterproofing works.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure quality of electrical, plumbing, fire protection and waterproofing works at site.
- Coordinate the execution of electrical, plumbing, waterproofing and FPS works.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and certify relevant inspection/checklists.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution of MEP works.




- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Receive and issue approved drawings to the concerned vendors/contractors.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, materials and site activities.
- Prepare and submit the monthly site stock report on the last day of each month for material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants and vendors to resolve site-related MEP issues.
- Ensure MEP activities are completed within the required quality and project timelines.
