People Business Partner will play a strategic role in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and a high performance culture for Ralph Lauren's Technology teams in India. This role partners closely with senior technology leaders, centers of excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Learning Experience), and global People Partners to deliver business outcomes and elevate talent experience.
