Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with mandatory experience in the Food Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with different teams, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth and timely business activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, inventory, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor stock, raw materials, finished goods, and material movement.
- Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
- Maintain daily operational reports, records, and MIS.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor operational quality, hygiene, and process compliance.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Support management in improving operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the Food Industry.
- 2–5 years of relevant operations experience preferred.
- Experience in food production, food processing, FMCG food, restaurant, catering, or food distribution is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory, dispatch, coordination, and daily operations.
- Basic MS Excel/MIS knowledge.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple operational activities efficiently.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in New Town, Kolkata.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
