Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads and help achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Sales/telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
