Ensure content quality by thoroughly reviewing and collating author/editor proofs with a keen eye for detail.
Resolve or escalate editorial and author queries promptly, ensuring smooth communication and minimal delays.
Monitor and manage issues that could affect delivery timelines and take proactive steps to resolve problems before deadlines.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback analysis.
Proficiency in MS- Office (Word & Excel), Should possess solid written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed understanding of the end to end journal/book Publishing process.
