Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
- The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, policy implementation, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth communication and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure, ensuring timely hiring of technical and non-technical positions.
- Execute smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, HRMS entry, orientation, policy briefing, exit formalities, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave tracking, and support payroll processing, HR data, and reporting.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles, collect evaluations, maintain records, and support appraisal-related communication.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.




- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and policy clarifications, ensuring timely resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Plan, organize, and manage employee engagement activities, festivals, office events, and company trips, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust understanding of HR functions, end-to-end recruitment, and HR operations within an IT organization.
- Proven ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer negotiation, and closures.
- Basic awareness of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation.
- Ability to draft, interpret, and manage HR policies and HR documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
