Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager NSO & FOFO Operations to drive New Store Openings and manage the operational performance of FNPs FOFO stores across Delhi/NCR and Punjab.

Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end New Store Opening (NSO) activities, ensuring timely launch and operational readiness.
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of FOFO stores across the assigned region.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with franchise partners and drive business performance.
- Monitor and achieve key metrics including sales, revenue, profitability, productivity and customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, operational processes, brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth store operations and launches.
- Identify gaps in underperforming stores and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure adequate manpower,



training and team productivity across stores.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Prepare regular store-wise performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably managing multiple locations.
- Strong hands-on experience in NSO/New Store Opening.
- Experience managing FOFO/franchise operations and franchisee relationships.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales and profitability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR and Punjab.
