Job Responsibilities:
* Involved in end to end recruitment lifecycle.
* Detailed analysis of the JD -
* To understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
* Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
* Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview and ensuring following up.
* Candidate Selection, offer negotiation and follow up with joining to ensure the on-boarding.
* Taking ownership of handling walk-ins.* Maintaining own databaseSkills -Mandatory: * Computer savvy.




* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Flexible regarding work timings.
* Good attitude, team player, target driven, career-oriented, and a quick learner.
* Experience in IT Recruiting would be added advantage
