We are looking for an experienced IBM Mainframe Trainer to deliver a hands-on training module on IBM Z Modernization for lateral hires (working professionals transitioning into mainframe technologies).

Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with training/teaching experience — this role is NOT for developers or engineers without prior training exposure.

Module Covered:
- BOB
- Watsonx
- APA (Application Performance Analyzer)
- TAZ (Test Accelerator for Z)

Mode: Virtual (Live Online Sessions)

Target Audience: Lateral hires / working professionals

Requirements:
- Robust hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe / IBM Z platform
- Prior experience with Watsonx, BOB, APA, and TAZ tools preferred
- Must have prior corporate/institutional training experience (not just hands-on dev/engineering background)
- Excellent communication skills for virtual delivery
- Ability to design hands-on labs/exercises for practical learning
