Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Handle and process client transactions, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to back-office operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing controls and procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
- Continuous Improvement:



Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and client satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
- Experience in Banking Backend Processes/Operations is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work night shifts.
- Comfortable working with rotational week-offs.
