As Sr. Team Leader at Berg Technologies, you will be responsible to assist the Operations Assistant Manager in supervising the daily operations of the organization. Tracking the progress of the employees and helping them with their queries. Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent results. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of efficiently managing operational tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes are executed effectively and efficiently to meet organizational goals and standards

• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.

• Resolve conflicts and issues within the team.

• Ensure that the teams work meets quality standards and complies with company policies.





• Implement quality control processes and procedures as necessary.

• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best

• Coach and support recent and existing operations team

• Report on team progress, achievements, and challenges to higher management.

Requirement and Skills :

• Excellent English communication skills (Spoken & Written)

• Proven experience in operations as a Team Leader

• Proficient user of MS Office

• Must have knowledge about e-commerce platforms.

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Flexibility to work in shifts
