Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and relevant resources for the subject on a

fortnightly Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Art lessons that cater to the

developmental needs and interests of primary school students.
- Foster creativity, imagination, and self-expression through a variety of artistic activities

and mediums.
- Introduce students to different art techniques, concepts, styles, and cultural

perspectives in art.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages

artistic exploration and confidence.
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to

support learning and skill development.
- Organize and display student artwork within the school to celebrate achievements and

promote appreciation for the arts.
- Plan and coordinate art exhibitions, competitions, projects, and other creative events

throughout the academic year.
- Maintain and manage art supplies, materials, and classroom resources effectively and

safely.




- Integrate art with other areas of the curriculum wherever appropriate to enhance

interdisciplinary learning.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and

individual student needs.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and observational

skills through creative processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support students'

academic, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, health and safety guidelines, and safeguarding

practices.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and

extracurricular activities as required.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience teaching Art in a school or similar educational setting.
- Solid knowledge of various art form
