Job Description: Finance Manager (US Shift)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Manager - Finance to lead and manage the end-to-end finance function for our USA and Australia operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting finalization, MIS reporting, stakeholder management, and team leadership. This role requires a proactive finance skilled who can take ownership of financial operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for USA and Australia entities.
- Take complete ownership of book closure and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies.




- Lead financial analysis activities to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial dashboards.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders as required.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Manage and mentor finance team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and support management with business insights.

Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA - First Attempt) is mandatory.
- Post-qualification experience of 6-10 years in finance and accounting roles.
