About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing & Content Head who will take complete ownership of our content growth across YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.

This is a target-oriented leadership role. The person will be responsible not only for creating content but also for converting content into organic reach, audience growth and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a monthly content strategy for YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Identify high-search-volume and high-conversion topics.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns and content series.
- Study competitors, trends and audience behaviour.
- Build a solid brand presence across all platforms.

2. YouTube Growth
- Plan and manage long-form and short-form YouTube content.
- Improve views, watch time, CTR and audience retention.
- Research keywords and topics with strong lead-generation potential.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails and overall YouTube SEO.




- Identify existing videos with potential for higher organic traffic.

3. Instagram Growth
- Develop Reels, carousels, educational posts and other content formats.
- Build consistent organic reach and follower growth.
- Track engagement, shares, saves and profile visits.
- Convert Instagram traffic into website enquiries and leads.

4. LinkedIn Growth
- Build strong personal and company brand presence.
- Create thought-leadership content, educational posts and business content.
- Increase organic reach, followers, engagement and inbound enquiries.
- Develop LinkedIn content specifically for B2B lead generation.

5. Organic Lead Generation

The primary KPI of this role is organic lead generation.

Target: 5,000+ qualified organic leads per month.
