Incident Management & Troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities: L2 Production Support for API Gateway Platforms
API & Middleware Monitoring and Troubleshooting
API Deployment and Configuration Management
MQ & IIB Administration Support
Patch Upgrades, DR, Backup & Recovery Activities
RCA Preparation and Stakeholder Coordination
