Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Senior Executive Sales (Supply Side) to accelerate publisher acquisition and revenue growth. As a proactive "hunter," you will build a global pipeline of high value publishers through structured outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and strategic stakeholder mapping within the programmatic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting (Core Focus): Build a consistent pipeline using cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn. Execute multi-touch sequences and ICP-based segmentation to engage key decision-makers.

Publisher Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard mid-to-large scale publishers across Web, CTV, and In-App environments.

Tier 1 Publishers: Hands on experience in dealing with Publishers in the US and other Tier 1 countries.

Relationship Management: Act as the primary lead during onboarding and early stage growth; support long-term partnership development with Publishers, SSPs and media owners.

Synergy With Ops Team: Collaborate with Ops team on eCPM trend,



products to identify and execute inventory scaling opportunities.

Revenue Targets: Can work independently to achieve the targets set by Management.

Sales Hygiene: Maintain CRM accuracy (Zoho/HubSpot) and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and market trends.

Skills & Experience

Experience: 24 years in digital advertising, publisher partnerships, or programmatic sales.

Outbound Mastery: Proven track record in cold outreach, social selling, and multi threading (engaging multiple stakeholders within an org).

Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SSPs, Header Bidding, and programmatic monetization models.

Tech Stack: Proficiency with outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator) and CRM platforms.
