Role Description
The State Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in North 24 Parganas. The State Head will oversee sales operations and business development across the state, ensuring achievement of revenue, volume, and profitability targets. Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring state-level sales teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving channel and retail partner engagement. The role involves planning and executing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with distributors and key accounts,



and ensuring effective market coverage and brand visibility. The State Head will collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams, track market trends and competitor activities, prepare regular performance reports, and implement corrective actions where needed.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in overseeing regional or state-level teams.
- Proven background in sales and business development within consumer durables or related industries.
- Ability to build and manage distributor, retailer, and channel partner relationships.
- Competence in market analysis, demand forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfort with on-site field work, frequent market visits, and coordination across multiple locations.
