Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Python, ML algorithms, LLMs, RAG, and LLMOps, along with experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and agent orchestration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and GenAI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Implement and manage LLMOps workflows for scalable AI applications.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM performance.
- Work on agent orchestration and multi-agent AI workflows.
- Perform data preparation, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Apply regression and other ML algorithms for predictive modeling.
- Conduct model training, evaluation, validation, and performance tuning.




- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and analytical programming.
- Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and related ML libraries.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of feature engineering, regression, and model validation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
