- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and purchased items as per specifications.
- Perform in-process inspection during production activities.
- Inspect finished products for dimensions, appearance, workmanship, and quality.
- Check lift panels, ceiling panels, fabricated parts, and other components as per drawings and specifications.
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
- Ensure materials and products meet approved drawings, samples, and quality standards.
- Identify and record defects, damages, dimensional errors, and workmanship issues.
- Inform the Production/Engineering team about quality issues and required corrections.
- Monitor rework and ensure corrected items meet the required quality standards.
- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, rejection reports, and quality records.




- Coordinate with production teams to prevent repeated quality issues.
- Conduct final inspection before dispatch or handover.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected or non-conforming materials.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality problems.
- Verify that production work is carried out according to approved drawings and procedures.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures in the inspection area.
- Support internal quality audits and maintain required documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality issues when required.
- Ensure timely completion of inspection activities as per production schedule.
