Role & responsibilities
- Bill Verification: Review contractor measurement sheets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to prevent overcharging. A BOQ is a document used in tendering that details the materials and labor needed for a project.
- Quality Control: Check if the physical construction matches the approved blueprints and engineering standards.
- Material Auditing: Test raw materials (cement, steel, sand) to prevent wastage and confirm quality.
- Safety Inspections: Walk through active job sites to ensure workers follow strict safety rules.
- Report Writing: Draft detailed audit reports showing any project flaws.





* Requirements :

This position requires frequent travel across the India. He should travel minimum one week in a month .

* Proficiency in English and Hindi

* Candidates must produce original certificates for verification then only we will allow for interview process.
