Hiring - Clinical Data Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure
data extraction and transformation
activities across multiple clinical data sources at the study level.
- Work according to
Data Transfer Agreements (DTA)
and specifications provided by Data Engineers.
- Collaborate closely with
Clinical Data Management, Data Engineering, vendors, and other internal/external stakeholders
.
- Ensure accurate delivery of clinical data in the required
format and frequency
.
- Perform quality checks and support quality review of configuration activities performed by external vendors.
- Support
EDC build, data management, and EDC extraction configuration
activities.
- Understand and manage data flow between
clinical data management systems, vendor devices, and CDR
.




- Work with clinical data transfer specifications and ensure data is delivered according to study requirements.
- Troubleshoot data/configuration issues and resolve problems independently or collaboratively.
- Support project activities and contribute to successful delivery within defined timelines.
- Manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced clinical data environment.

Required Skills:
- Clinical Data Management / Clinical Trials
- EDC Build & Data Extraction Configuration
- SDTM Knowledge
- SQL / SAS / R / Python (any one)
- APIs, XML, ETL/ELT concepts
- Experience with EDC Build or Data Extraction Configuration
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT
- AWS / Databricks (Preferred)
