About the Role

VisiLean is looking for a
Technical Sales Consultant
to support our growing sales operations across the Delhi–Gurugram–Noida region. This is a consultative, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of construction expertise and technology — you will be the person who earns client trust, understands their real project challenges, and demonstrates how VisiLean solves them.

You will work closely with the regional Sales team to drive opportunity conversion through compelling product demonstrations, structured solutioning, and meaningful client engagement. This is not a pure sales role — it demands someone who has worked in construction and can speak the language of planners, project managers, and site engineers with credibility.





Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture — no exceptions

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working in the construction industry — in office, in project management, or in a planning/controls capacity

Strong working knowledge of construction workflows — planning, execution, scheduling, and project controls

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good to Have

Prior experience in a software, pre-sales, or technical consulting role

Familiarity with BIM tools

Exposure to project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project

Knowledge of Lean Construction principles and tools (Last Planner System, takt planning)

Experience responding to RFIs or RFPs

Existing network within the Delhi–NCR AEC ecosystem
