We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling domestic and international holiday inquiries, creating customized itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media inquiries.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly to maximize conversions.




- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.

Holiday Package Planning
- Design customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
- Recommend destinations, hotels, sightseeing tours, cruises, activities, and transportation options.
- Upsell travel insurance, visa services, flights, forex, and other travel-related services.

Quotation & Booking Management
- Prepare skilled quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and suppliers.
- Confirm bookings and ensure timely payment collection.
- Issue booking confirmations and travel vouchers.
- Monitor booking deadlines and supplier payment schedules.

Destination Expertise
- Stay updated on international and domestic travel trends.
- Maintain knowledge of visa requirements, entry regulations, and travel advisories.
