We're hiring an Ad Sales Manager in Mumbai to monetize this inventory at scale across web, app, email, and on-platform real estate — by building partnerships with brands and media agencies in categories that thrive at the wedding moment: jewellery, BFSI, real estate, auto, apparel, lifestyle, travel, and consumer durables.

What you'll own




- Drive ad revenue from South-based brands and media agency partners across our full portfolio of matrimony platforms
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and renewal
- Develop category-led narratives (e.g., why a jewellery brand should buy us for the engagement-to-wedding funnel) and translate audience data into commercial propositions
- Own relationships with planners, buyers, and strategy leads at agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, Madison, Havas, and independents) and with direct brand teams
- Work closely with ad ops, creative, and product teams to package custom solutions — display, native, branded content, sponsorships, lead-gen, and integrated campaigns
- Hit quarterly revenue targets, maintain forecasting hygiene, and report on pipeline health
- Bring market intelligence back — competitive pricing, emerging categories, agency mandates, and white-space opportunities
