We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining proper records of calls and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into potential business.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments for customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam; knowledge of Hindi/Kannada/Tamil will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
