About the Role-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales across Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI/UHNI clients, with a proven track record in selling premium/luxury products.

Key Responsibilities-
- Drive sales and business development across the Gujarat region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and premium clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Generate project specifications and ensure brand/product consideration at the design stage.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects, designers,



developers, and clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, estimation, operations, and project execution to ensure smooth project closure.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Represent the brand at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Candidate Profile-
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in luxury interiors, architectural products, doors & windows, building materials, or premium home solutions.
- Robust network among architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI/UHNI clientele in Gujarat.
