individual who lives and breathes beauty content, understands the "skincare girly" psychology, and knows how modern consumers think, shop, and talk about products.
What You Will Do
- Social Media & Content Strategy:
Full mastery of
Instagram, Pinterest, and digital platforms
to drive organic reach, aesthetic storytelling, and viral trends with
zero ad spend
.
- Offline Marketing:
Ideate and execute offline marketing initiatives, pop-ups, and experiential activations in the NCR region.
- Pricing & Positioning:
Help shape product pricing strategies tailored to what modern skincare consumers are willing to pay for clinical efficacy.
- Brand Building:
Act as a core pillar of the brand, bringing raw, high-conversion marketing ideas from scratch.
Experience
- Your past experience don't matter that much to us. The only thing that matters is your vision, raw creative ideas, and understanding of current-gen skincare marketing.
What We Expect
- Deep, authentic knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and the current beauty market landscape.
- Complete expertise in managing and scaling visual content on Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging social channels.
- A true entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building a skincare brand from the ground up for a
