Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Architect & Civil Engineer to manage interior design, civil works, architectural coordination and in office project execution. The role will involve working closely with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are completed with the required quality, timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior layouts, space plans, working drawings and detailed designs
- Coordinate architectural and civil drawings, BOQs, measurements and material specifications
- Supervise civil, interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting works
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, progress and timelines
